Ballet Society AGM, April 2025

Preferably has experience or knowledge in all aspects of the society (classes, shows, show teams, comp teams, both sober & non-sober socials)
In charge of all the finances for Ballet Society
Creates a finance tracker at the start of the year and allocates money to necessary committee members
Continuously monitors the finances to ensure they stay on track
Pay teachers monthly through Engage- knowledge of Engage’s committee portal is ideal
Work out subsidies to keep costs as low as possible for all students
Applies for LUU grants throughout the year
Produces an annual report of the society finances
Your attendance is crucial at most events throughout the year as you’re part of the society’s Exec
Needs to be very involved in the interview and hiring process for new teachers
