Hi all, I'm Amy and I'm running for secretary. I've previously been secretary for two other societies, including one that had 20+ subsocieties, I loved both experiences. And, since LAMMPS is clearly the best society ever, I'd love the chance to help it run smoothly for the three strands next year. I'm very on it with organising meetings and am a whizz with accurate minutes. Having done this before, I'm good with the logistics of room bookings for a million people at once and cracking on with all the official paperwork. I was also Spon Fun this year, so I'm familiar with how the committee runs and willing to chip in to help with anything as and when is needed.
