Hey smslayers, it's Csenge here. I am so happy to be running to be YOUR secretary for next year, and I think you should be too! Here's why:

1. I am so so super committed to this society that it may as well be my degree. Balancing social sec-ing, directing, performing and doing actual uni has taught me so much and I believe I am qualified enough to take on an exec role and the responsibilities it comes with.

2. I love SMS so much and I am dedicated to making it the best environment possible. This means making sure committee feels supported, everyone is having a good and fair time and keeping on top of affairs (room bookings, shadowing etc) to make sure everything runs smoothly.

3. I have some fresh new ideas on how to improve what is already a really good secretary system and hope I can make a change within the society.

Following the amazing year we've had so far is going to be super difficult, but I am 100% sure that next year will be just as successful if you vote little old me to be your secretary 3

My name is Candidate Jack Foster, as I am certain you all know. It is with a great sense of honour and duty that I nominate myself for the position of secretary of this great society.

So why vote for me?

1. I have been a loyal member of the party for 3 years, with decorated service across 5 musical campaigns.
2. I have demonstrated my value in organisation and leadership during my tenure as one of the Social Secretaries.
3. I have strong ties with our allies in MT and LAMMPS, bonds that I would only aim to strengthen if elected.
4. I am a friendly face to everyone in the society, only dealing out punishment when absolutely necessary.
5. My having been embedded (lived with) with the societies current rulers has allowed me up close access to its inner workings and I am as such familiar with the level of commitment needed.

As a member of the Exec my rule will herald a new golden age, an iron fist leading us into the future (and making sure we always have rooms booked).
I love democracy, I always have... so long as everyone knows to vote correctly.
