As well as keeping up with the good work Jack has done this year with publishing team sheets, scores of matches and general marketing of the club, I would try and focus on two other important areas for next season in addition. The first would be trying to advertise LURL to new players, both freshers and current students, at the start of next season. This is crucial, as with so many players leaving at the end of the current season, a strong recruitment is necessary in order to maintain two strong, competitive squads for next year. Secondly, I would start getting recordings of our matches. This may include recording some of our own matches or working with other teams to get game recordings, similar to how we did with St Marys. This could allow us to review matches either as a team, as we did with St Marys, or for lads to watch at their leisure.
