Oversee and manage the committee in their individual roles, supporting them where needed. Provide guidance and advice on key events. Make sure that each committee member knows exactly what their role entails before the start of the year.
Ensure all committee members are on track with their roles throughout the year.
Conduct regular meetings with committee to make sure things are running smoothly.
Act as a point of communication between Rick/ Andrew/The Edge/The Union/Men’s CC
Consistently attend training sessions and provide information to members at the end of each session.
Complete all union paperwork before the start of the academic year.
Keep up to date with emails on both your personal account and the Club account.
Attend union meetings and pass on any relevant information to other committee members.
Communicate with and book external coaching for Wednesday nets and the year where possible
Post on Facebook regularly updating members on upcoming events and other important admin.
Most importantly, be a friendly and welcoming face to everyone in the club. Be open to any questions that people may have, and accept people from different cricketing backgrounds with equal enthusiasm!
