I am applying for secretary this Year and I would love for you to vote for me!

I am going into the final year of medicine next year and I would love to really get stuck into the society in my final year.
I have loved being part of Wilderness Medicine for the last 4 Years and it has given me so many amazing memories.

I am experienced in the running of this society and would be happy to crack on with the paper work side of things.
I have experience in running trips for the society and know how much work goes into these and have competed in the Northern Wild Trials.

ALSO I contribute Itza the adorable society dog!!!

Hello! I’m India and you probably recognise me as a casualty - simulated or in real life as I’m not great at staying upright!
I love a good spreadsheet and a list so I think I’d be great as Secretary! I’ve been the secretary for LUMPS and choir manager for LAMMPS and have had lots of experiencing liaising with LUU, using Engage and booking rooms/events etc.
Well-being falls under the remit of Secretary in Wilderness and I’m keen to ensure that we continue to prioritise accessibility. I’m autistic and I know weekends away can feel quite daunting, but I’ve been really fortunate that people have always looked out for me and I’d like to pay that forward! I love a good yap, so if there’s something you’re worried about, drop me a message or pull me aside on a walk :)
