Hey, I’m Grace and I am running for the position of Physoc’s secretary. As this year’s physics publicity and social media secretary I have been present at several outreach events such as the freshers fair and first semester meet and greets. Through these events and managing DMs I have had plenty of interactions with a range of Physoc members, and so have heard lots about what people want from the society.

If I am elected as secretary, my focus will be increasing the number of committee meetings throughout the year. I would also like to implement a way for society members and physics students to feedback to the committee about what they would like from us, which can then be discussed and actioned in the committee meetings. I believe this is the way for Physoc to be the best it can be.
