The Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Officer is responsible for supporting increased inclusivity & accessibility within LAMMPS.
They should be able to have open conversations with members about how to improve their experience within LAMMPS to ensure we provide an inclusive, accessible & vibrant environment to everyone, regardless of background.
EDI Officer is LAMMPS’ newest committee role so they can play a vital part in shaping the requirements, expectations & responsibilities of this role.
