Hi everyone, my name's Ruby and I'm applying to be your new Secretary!
I have plenty of experience teaching pre-hospital medicine and first aid having been part of Wilderness Medicine society for 3 years. As part of this role I also run emergency medicine scenarios which I feel is a skill I can use to help run some RAPIDs teaching for medical students as part of this society. I also have experience running large-scale events having been part of the planning and running of the national Leeds Swing Revolution event with over 250 attendees.

I am intercalating in International Health next year and so will have plenty of time to invest into this society and helping you all become pro First Aiders!
