We realised this year that social media sec is a hugely valuable position for the Rifle society. Previously a role taken on by the social sec, it ended up taking a back seat, leaving the Instagram a barren void of nothingness. However, after appointing an unofficial social media sec towards the end of the year, the Instagram has seen a huge improvement. As the society's social media sec, you would work closely with the social sec, being directly responsible for notifying members about upcoming socials through the Instagram and members group chat, as well as creating an online presence for the society that attracts discounts from clubs and bars across Leeds.
