Hi-
My name is Nechama and I’ll be entering Year 2 of MBChB in September 24.
I would like to be PALs secretary this year as I really enjoy organising things, making notes and I would like to explore my creative side a bit more via this role.
I would like to join the PALs committee as I think this society does amazing work via enabling older students to try out teaching, and enabling younger students to have a chance to further their understanding of a topic.

I am writing to express my interest in the secretarial position for PALS in the upcoming academic year. My experience with running events and task management has provided me with a strong background in organisational management which I am keen to bring to this society. I have an interest in fostering academic success through my previous involvement in tutoring and talking with gateway students and am keen to bring over this rapport in order to ensure everyone has a fulfilling experience with PALS. I understand that secretarial duties include maintaining membership records, producing a written record for meetings and monitoring the PALS inbox for enquiries. My experiences in customer service and tutoring align with these requirements and I am confident in my abilities to perform these tasks precisely and efficiently.
