LUU Street 25/26 Committee Election AGM

YOU will take responsibility of tracking all finances throughout the year, making payments and organising funding for society activities.

Applying to essential grants from LUU and/or funding from external sources
Planning financial budgets for the semesters/ the year and updating the committee
Attending weekly classes for payment/ ticket checks and helping out
Organising payments for all expenses e.g. choreographers, competition fees, coaches and accommodation
Approving and keeping track of all society expenses on engage
Contacting and liaising with sponsors
