With my countless experiences in organising many events such as Concerts with local artists, parties, BBQs during the summer, field trips, and many more. You name it i can organise it. What i can guarantee is two things a great time and an opportunity to get to know people. My goal is to make the economic society more established within the union and make events with other collogues in different societies by further contributing and developing to the social community in not only our society but at our uni. I promise more than the events which you can see on my poster hopefully by collaborating with clubs in Leeds and organising events where upcoming djs, artists, influencers could appear and preform at. My name is Daren Eduardo Naiene, I am a second year Economics and Finance student. I have greatly enjoyed attending the events from the Economics Society, so my goal as an Event Coordinator (Social) is to plan and organise lots of welcoming and fun events and activities for students next year by implementing some innovative event ideas I have in mind. I am also keen to listen to different ideas from committees and society members. I have previously volunteered at Bookmark Reading Charity and played volleyball as well as basketball for my high school, which strengthened my interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. I firmly believe that all members of EconSoc will get the opportunity to engage and network with people from different backgrounds with similar interests and further enrich their campus life.
