• To work with Vice President and Head of Robotics in setting up RFL,
• To assemble the Robot Fighting League Event Planners,
• To work with President in the collaborations obtained for the events (i.e. Manchester EEE society),
• The group must consist of at least 3 members,
• The group should meet regularly,
• To encourage the practise of sustainable and climate friendly engineering (and other EA value) in events,
• All plans must be approved by the Shocksoc Committee,
• To secure necessities for the event e.g., venue, risk assessment, staff etc,
• To provide support and organisation for participants,
• To maintain inventory of parts for sale on the RFL website alongside the treasurer,
• To involve appropriate internal stakeholders for executing these events i.e. (graphic designer, inclusivity and welfare officer),
• To maintain the RFL section on the ShockSoc website.
