• To organise a minimum (but not limited to), yearly social trip (e.g., Amsterdam),
• To ensure the events (i.e., talks and tours etc) are advertised to all society members,
• To ensure these events are organised an appropriate amount of time in advance of the event date,
• To work with President in the collaborations for events where possible, (i.e., ChemEng society),
• To set up technical events and workshops (i.e., Autodesk expert to give a masterclass about using Altium PCB design software),
• To work with Secretary, Social and Sports Secretary in planning events in their respective domains,
• To encourage the practise of sustainable and climate friendly engineering (and other EA value) in events,
• To involve appropriate internal stakeholders for executing these events i.e. (graphic designer, inclusivity and welfare officer).
