Hey Ladies! It's an honour to present myself as your nomination for next year's UOLWCC team captain :)

Over my cricketing career, starting at a sprite-ful age of 8 years old, ive had many captains and coaches, as im sure we all have - some better than others, some not good at all. Im sure youd all agree, that the ones who had the most impact, were the ones who cared the most.

You may be thinking, does Millie Carter even care about cricket?Surely Millie Carter doesnt have much experience in captaining? here my friends, you would be wrong.
One thing you should know about me, is that there is no one who loves cricket more 3

Im aware its important to get the most out of training and games, thats why you can count on me for making this happen. Im open to take on new ideas for training sessions and drills, so that everyone of every ability feels included and cared for during both training days, and game days.
I promise to make these as fun as possible, and to keep the atmosphere light and enjoyable!

As you know UOLWCC has 2 captains, which in my opinion proves to be the best way to ensure everything is in place. Where both captains will be present at every match and every training session, i believe dedication is the way towards success. The team work of 2 people who love cricket and care about the team will be the crucial part to have fun in any cricketing situation.

As captain of my year 6 primary school team (who i took to nationals and we took home the trophy;))))you can also relax with the fact that having fun, comes with success. As well as my love for cricket, i have a love for winning (as im sure we all do). With my coaching and everyones team work, i believe i am the best candidate to take UOLWCC to the top!!!

I hope after this manifesto that voting comes easy. I also hope that Wednesday night is the night to remember! I hope to see you all next year!!!
