I am the current society treasurer and the Leeds Young Labour treasurer. I have decided to run for re-election for the post. I believe in creating a society where everyone is able to participate in campaigning and events by guaranteeing an effective expense-claiming process so that no one is left without their money. Campaign for the Labour party should be something open to everyone and I believe over the last year we have enabled that with campaigns across the city and Yorkshire all of which have seen people able to process claims quickly.
