Hey everyone! I’m Maya and I’m currently in my second year studying law. I would love to be beginners rep this year as I am keen to get more involved in the society. I have thoroughly enjoyed this year so far especially taking part in my first competition at Lancaster. I’d also definitely encourage anyone who’s unsure about competing to just go for it! Even though it may be daunting at first it’s such a fun experience and you’ll get to know people in the society a lot better! I think I would be well suited for this role as I believe I am a friendly and approachable person who is easy to talk to. I’d always be happy to listen to anyone’s issues or concerns. I’ve found everyone super friendly and supportive so far so hope that I can carry this on through doing this role. Thanks for reading, Maya x

Hi guys, my name is Bee and I’m running for Beginners Rep. You have probably seen me around at most of the Beginners classes and the Thursday comp practices. I believe that I would be suitable for this role as I have had experience working on a committee before in EARS so know what it takes to ensure that members voices are heard. Also i’m insanely passionate about dancing no matter the style!, so will bring enthusiasm to the role.
