Vice President includes but is not exclusive to:
- Takes on the role of president if absent.
- Responsible for all the admin of the club, including but not exclusive to – replying to club emails and uploading necessary LUU documents.
- Responsible for all space bookings.
- Maintains all accounts of the teams activities, meeting minutes, attendance records and aid the secretary in support of the financial records.
- Responsible for all risk assessments
- Ensures the club is compliant to all university guidelines, regulations and policies.
