Kit and equipment needs to be sorted out with the supplier and ordered in time for BUCS, so usually by the end of the second week in October at the latest! This means you need to be on it with getting orders from all the new freshers, collecting money and getting it paid into the Union accounts. We have also introduced casual/Dirty Leeds kit in the past couple of years and it’s your responsibility to get these designed and ordered for all the members
