Research and identify potential sponsors and partnership opportunities for PakSoc events and initiatives.
Reach out to businesses and organisations via email, phone, and social media to secure sponsorships.
Be prepared to attend meetings with current and prospective sponsors, both online and in person, and where necessary, visit businesses to discuss sponsorship and partnership opportunities on behalf of the Society.
Work closely with the President and Treasurer to negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure sponsorship targets are met.
Build and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
Assist in creating sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and sponsorship packages.
Ensure sponsorship-related tasks are completed within deadlines set by the President and Executive Committee, including outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining records of communications.
