The Secretary plays a vital role in supporting the society's operations and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position requires excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to promoting Pakistani culture and contributing to the overall success of the society.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assist in coordinating society activities.
- Manage communication and correspondence with members and external inquiries.
- Coordinate and document society meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Assist in event planning and logistics.
- Maintain membership records and support member recruitment and engagement.
- Collaborate with the executive committee and provide general assistance.
