Additional responsibilities

• Must commit to going on every social and going on tour
• Planning pres, games, times, locations for each week
• Keep track of sponsorship agreements, visiting certain places enough times 
• Not getting completely drunk too early on, being sensible as well
• Arranging sober socials and working with coaches for this
• Being a friendly face!! do not scare away the freshers, be fun but not intimidating 
• Meeting and emailing with managers of pubs/clubs beforehand
• Providing mischief code every week
• Organising joint socials 
• Organising tour
• Host 'welcome drinks'
• Hosting a few other pres throughout the year
• Organising welcome meal, Xmas meal, AGM meal (numbers, meals, payments, dietary requirements)
• Organising cheer ball
• Working alongside not just the other social secs but treasurer, sponsorship sec, and match social secs as well
• Creative because coming up with so many themes and ones that haven’t been done before is harder
