Welfare- 

• Being a point of call for all Celtics: This includes being there to listen, support and give advice to anyone that needs it whether it’s about cheer, University or any other personal problem. 
• Making sure that you are known to Celtics across all teams e.g., posting regularly and introducing yourself to Celtics at training and socials. 
• Being available for a chat, a message or call. 
• Referring Celtics to other available support if needed. 
• Keep checking up on anyone who may need it. 
• Being in contact with the coaches and captain about anyone who may need extra support. 
• (Optionally) running a welfare Instagram: This is a great way to post awareness for mental health issues and advice, but also an amazing way to have another place to informally get in contact with everyone and make sure they know you are there for them!!

Charity-

• Organise selection of nominated charity for the year: ask for nominations and create a way to vote for the charities. 
• Liaise with the main charity: keep in contact for support and update them on progress throughout the year. 
• Organise other events to raise money for the nominated charity. 
• Organise the raffle for showcase: contact companies and sponsors to ask for donations as prizes and run the stall. 
• Arrange collaborations with other University charities to visit training sessions and raise awareness.

• Good at listening and able to offer support and advice when possible. 
• Friendly and approachable. 
• Organised.
• Creative to come up with ideas and different ways to organise events and help others.
