Role requirements:

you must have been on committee previously to go for this role 

• Assist captain in all decisions
• Point of support for the captain 
• Organises all elements surrounding whole society bookings, eg; booking hall for the charity showcase (previously a sec job), booking agm, freshers fair communication 
• Completes all compliance documents due in summer, risk assessment etc
• Identifying tasks and setting targets/deadlines
• Motivating the committee and encouraging them to work as a team 
• Make sure tasks are carried out and regulations set by Celtics and the LUU are adhered to 
• Communicating with members and understanding their needs 
• Assist captain in choosing coaches 

Skills/personality traits:

• Loves cheer + is dedicated to celtics 
• Good teamwork skills
• Very organised with good time management 
• Understanding of strategic planning 
• Excellent communicator
• Genuinely enjoys cheer and being at training 
• Wants to make positive changes to the society and has a vision about where the society will go next year
