Skills needed:

• This role is essentially what Secretary was last year, however all the jobs related to the whole society, for example freshers fair, AGM, showcase etc will be Vice captain jobs.
• Anything related to stunt!!! 
• White Rose and edge training slot bookings
• Comp transport
• Comp Coaches qualifications
• ORGANISED, ORGANISED, ORGANISED!
• Eye for detail/accuracy 
• Great at meeting deadlines/Time-management
• Lots of emails! 
• Lots of visits to activities in the Union 
• Proactive
• Responsible
• Efficient
• Problem solving – things will go wrong, but everything is solvable
• Team player 

Other information:

• Ideally someone with an understanding of Cheerleading competitions and how they are run – helpful when entering competitions and keeping track of running orders.
• Main responsibilities come in Summer, beginning of term and in January-April when competitions are
• A great role if you are interested in the workings behind societies/businesses – also looks amazing on a CV and you will gain so many new skills 
• A great chance to implement new ideas
• It is a very invisible but rewarding role – responsible for everything that goes on behind the scenes!
• Generally, someone who is extremely organised and uses their own initiative – there are lots of key dates, passwords and deadlines you will need to be aware of
