- Liaise with contacts and external speakers and ensure external speaker process is followed
- Organise date and time suitable for mutually suitable for speakers and society
- Generate event ideas and regularly review events calendar
- Plan ideas specifically for events such as the structure of the talk and event objectives
- Work with outreach and education officers, secretary and social media and marketing
- Set up events and produce events' advert copy
- Ensure event locations meet annual risk assessment and society and social guidelines criteria and gain approval from President
