Organise possibly the BIGGEST event of the athletics calendar WWT (and help out with other events as well)
- Choose a destination for next year's tour.
- Liaise with ‘Track & Field’ to organise dates, hotels and training.
- Organise events whilst we are there.
- Ensure everyone has insurance, flights and transfers to the hotel organised.
- Set up payments and make sure everyone has paid.
- Ensure everyone is happy and having a good time at WWT.
- Help with the logistics of attending competitions.
- Assist with the organisation of Varsity.
- Organise transport to and from competitions.
