You’ll be looking after the £££££££££££ so spreadsheets and organisation are a must!

• Liaise with the union to organise funding for the year.
• Ensure everyone pays transport fees and transfer this into the main account.
• Organise payments throughout the year e.g. coach transport, hiring the track, paying coaches, competition fees, hotel booking etc.
• Be in charge of our accounts, making sure everyone has bought the correct memberships and is being reimbursed the correct amounts for ubers, trains, petrol etc. 
• Help the events sec and social secs with funding for warm weather training and socials. 
• Gain sponsorship for the year.
