Hi everyone! I’m a second-year Computer Science student from the Philippines and a lifelong gamer who’s grown up with a lot of games ranging from story-rich, puzzle-based games like Ghost Tricks: Phantom Detective and Ace Attorney Trilogy to challenging and intense games like Hades and Bloodborne. For me, gaming has always been more than just a hobby, it’s a way to connect, unwind, and build community. Whether it’s discovering new games or sharing old favourites, I value the social side of gaming just as much as the games themselves.

Through my experience as Filipino Society President and a Student Ambassador, I’ve developed strong skills in leadership, event organisation, and community engagement. Leading a society has taught me how to plan successful events, promote them effectively, and create an inclusive environment where people feel welcome. Winning awards for publicity and collaboration reflects the effort I put into making events both visible and meaningful, and my work in retail and hospitality has made me approachable, adaptable, and easy to work with.

I’m running for Games and Interests Officer because I want to build on what already makes this society great while bringing in fresh energy and ideas. From engaging socials to collaborations and a more active community space, my goal is to create a year where everyone whether casual or competitive, feels included and excited to take part. If elected, I’ll work to make this society fun and active!
