Yoga has been so beneficial for both me physically and mentally, and I would love to educate more people about why joining a yoga society can become a fun time of the week where you can have time to focus on yourself while meeting others!

I have skills in branding, content creation and visual storytelling, using Canva, and a range of Adobe tools from Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I worked at the Seed group last summer and will be again this summer, giving me a hand on experience in creative marketing for social media in a marketing agency environment.

Working in hospitality for nearly 5 years means I am used to working in a team and would love to contribute to the committee!

I would create a consistent posting schedule, making fun posts that keep members updated and clear on the social calendar and classes. I want to create a platform for interaction like Q&A’s and polls, making a space where questions are always welcome.

I’d love to throw myself into this role and make an impact, bringing creativity and energy to make a positive impact on the society.

The majority of what I plan to do for the society is written on my poster, however I just would like to relay that if nominated, I will be extremely dedicated to the role and will do my best to make sure all members are involved in the social media of the society (obviously if desired)!

I will aim to generate a large platform on socials but will also produce physical forms of media such as posters and leaflets to put around campus!

I will happily communicate with other societies to help spread awareness of the yoga soc, and will hopefully work with the social sec to create some future collaborations!

I hope my plans align with what you want within the society, but I am always happy for suggestions- as I said, there is no judgement!
