(The 2 elected members do not need to apply together. They could present at the AGM as a unit but 2 positions need to be filled so they should self-nominate separately.)

Key duties:

➢ organise a range of regular social events for the Club including; ○ drinking and non-drinking socials 
○ cheaper and more expensive socials
➢ Plan key socials including, but not limited to; 
○ End of year awards/ball 
○ Christmas social 
○ Leeds Beginners party 
➢ Be responsible for the safety of individuals at social events, especially nights out.
