Key duties:

• assist with the coaching of the club alongside the other captains
• organise and run specific mixed training sessions prior to mixed competitions
• manage all admin related to mixed events (e.g. registering, rostering)
• select UXIR, UXIN and UXON squads, including selecting captains
• request transport and accommodation bookings for mixed tournaments from the Secretary with sufficient details and notice

The Captains collectively:

➢ Decide on overall training and coaching structure 
➢ Decide on on-pitch concepts (e.g. structures) to be played 
➢ Work together to deliver quality coaching to players of all abilities
➢ Provide feedback to players 
➢ Support players to find development and playing opportunities outside of Leeds University Ultimate – e.g. local club teams, GB programme. 

(Also, provisionally: Select a Spirit Coordinator from the roster of all teams playing in BUCS and UKU events, and any others which merit this.)
