This election is to select the new committee members for the new academic year (2022/2023). 

The details of the different roles are stated below.

President

• Organising and overseeing the running of the society
• Chairing committee meetings, AGM and EGMs
• Ensuring the production of an annual report
• Website regularly updated

Treasurer

• Responsible for the finances of the society 
• Ensuring all society transactions go through the LUU bank account
• Submitting subsidy report and a yearly budget
• Submitting a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the AGM 

Secretary 

• Maintaining membership records
• Producing agenda documents and minutes for all meetings
• Ensuring only full society members are given the opportunity to vote in society elections
