Treasurer
The Treasurer ensures the financial health and smooth running of the society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new income sources beyond sponsorship (e.g., merchandise)
- Maintain communication on spending with all committee members
- Ensure the society’s final account figure is not lower than the previous year
- Approve expenses and manage financial admin
- Helping the President and VP with sponsorships
