The events coordinator is responsible for the organisation, planning and execution of logistics specifically surrounding races. In practical terms, this means organising transport, writing race docs, and also partnering with relevant committee to organise and execute the senior training camp. As every race there are three separate deadlines (transport form release, transport organisation, race doc release) whoever takes the role of events coordinator will need to be very organised, good at responding to questions, and flexible at planning, as often plans for getting to races change at the very last minute. Communication between other members of the committee is also extremely important.
