The volunteer and boathouse coordinator is responsible for the organisation of all volunteers within the club, from volunteer coaches to external volunteering positions. Currently, my role involves organising coaching for the beginner racing squad, supporting Dan in coach development, running coaches meetings and seminars, and advertising any external volunteering positions sent to us such as supporting National Junior Indoors and positions at BUCS regatta. This role requires a high level of organisation, good communication skills and a love for rowing.
