The role of welfare support is to assist the wellbeing, safety and inclusion officer to manage any issues which arise during the year. General duties include posting on the welfare channel, with some input from WSIO, monitoring the club dropbox and responding to any direct messages from people. Unlike other committee positions this role is unpredictable and does not have a set schedule to follow as it varies based on members and general behaviour throughout the year. So whoever takes this role must be flexible with managing workload as well as being friendly and approachable.
