Hi everyone! My name is Eva and I’m going to be running for the position of treasurer next year. I am a 3rd year economics student, currently completing my year in industry working in corporate responsibility for Aldi. I have been a member of Celtics since my first year at uni and in my second year I was lucky enough to be elected as Pom coach. I had the most amazing time being coach and would love nothing more than to be on committee again so I can give back to the society that has given me so much. I feel not only does my degree lend itself well to the role of treasurer but my year working in a corporate office environment has greatly developed my organisation and time management, skills which would help me to keep track of payments and refunds. I have really missed being on Celtics this year and being your treasurer would make my last year of uni really special. Thank you so much taking the time to read this and hope to see you all soon!! Hi everyone! I’m Georgia and I’m running for Treasurer for the 2022/23 season. I’m currently in 3rd year studying Medical Engineering and will be doing a masters next year. I’ve been a flyer on Gryphons for 3 years now and joining Celtics has absolutely transformed my uni experience. I would love to give something back to the society next year through minimising the costs and bringing down membership fees. Through my degree I work naturally very well with numbers and am no stranger to a complicated excel spreadsheet. And through balancing 2+ sessions of cheer a week as well as a lot of assignments, I am good at prioritising and managing my time so I hope that I can enable the payments to be as smooth as possible to make things easier for you guys. I’d love to be a friendly and approachable face on committee next year and be able to get to know more of you. More than anything, I’d like to reduce the costs in order to make cheerleading at uni more accessible to enable more people to have the amazing experiences that I’ve had! Thanks so much for reading! Hi! I'm Izzy and I'm 3rd year studying Physics with Astrophysics. This is my 2nd year on cheer, however we didn't get even half the experience of being a Celtic last year that we have this year! That's why, as I will be going into my 4th and final year of uni, this is really my last chance to get as involved as I can in the Leeds Celtics family! I would love to make the most of my final year of cheer and committee is the place to do that! I would love to be your treasurer as I'm probably the most overly organised person you'll meet, I'm an astrophysicist so you can trust me with the numbers, and I know all too well the struggles of living on a student budget, so I will try to save everyone every penny I can!
