3.6.M Senior Intermediate Captains

3.6.M.1 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall organise regular water outings for squad

3.6.M.2 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall ensure the training plan set by the coach(es) is followed.

3.6.M.3 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall lead the team talk at circuits.

3.6.M.4 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall work with both Performance Men’s and Performance Women’s Captain to organise Easter and pre season training camps

3.6.M.5 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall help the coach with crew selection

3.6.M.6 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall suggest races to attend

3.6.M.7 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall submit crews to Club Vice Captain well in advance of deadline

3.6.M.8 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall collect trailering and race fees to transfer to Club Vice Captain/Treasurer

3.6.M.9 The Senior Intermediate Captain shall be responsible for promoting the retention of Beginners through to seniors

3.6.M.10 The Senior Intermediate Captain has a responsibility to strive to be all inclusive and to provide equal support to all squad members.

3.6.M.11 There must always be two Senior Intermediate Captains

3.6.M.12 The Senior Intermediate Captains will attend Rowing Sub-Committee meetings.

3.6.i.1 The Senior Recreational Captain shall organise regular water outings for squad

3.6.i.2 The Senior Recreational Captain shall ensure the training plan set by the coach(es) is followed.

3.6.i.3 The Senior Recreational Captain shall lead the team talk at circuits.

3.6.i.4 The Senior Recreational Captain shall help the coach(es) with crew selection

3.6.i.5 The Senior Recreational Captain shall submit crews to Club Vice Captain well in advance of deadline

3.6.i.6 The Senior Recreational Captain shall work with the Treasurer & Rowing Events Coordinator to ensure all fees are paid on time.

3.6.i.7 The Senior Recreational Captain shall be responsible for promoting the retention of Beginners through to seniors

3.6.i.8 The Senior Recreational Captain has a responsibility to strive to be all inclusive and to provide equal opportunities to all squad members.

3.6.i.9 The Senior Recreational Captain will attend Rowing Sub-Committee meetings.
