Old constitution 

3.6.c Beginners Men’s Captains

3.6.c.1 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall organise regular water outings for squad.

3.6.c.2 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall ensure the training plan set by the coach(es) is followed.

3.6.c.3 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall lead team talk at circuits.

3.6.c.4 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall work with Women’s Captain to organise January and Easter camp.

3.6.c.5 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall help coach with crew selection.

3.6.c.6 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall suggest races to attend.

3.6.c.7 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall submit crews to the Club Vice Captain well in advance of the deadline.

3.6.c.8 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall work with the Treasurer to ensure all fees are paid on time.

3.6.c.9 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall advertise Activity Group socials to their squad.

3.6.c.10 The Beginners Men’s Captains shall organise occasional squad specific socials for their squad.

3.6.c.11 The Beginners Men’s Captains have a responsibility to strive to be all inclusive and to provide equal support to all squad members.

3.6.c.12 There must be two Beginners Men’s Captains.

3.6.c.13 The Beginners Men’s Captains will attend Rowing Sub-Committee meetings

3.6.d Beginners Women’s Captains

3.6.d.1 The Beginners Women’s Captains shall organise regular water outings for squad

3.6.b.4 The Beginner Racing Captains shall work with the Rowing Events Coordinator to support the organisation of training camps and races.

3.6.b.5 The Beginner Racing Captains shall support the coach(es) with crew selection.

3.6.b.6 The Beginner Racing Captains may suggest races to attend.

3.6.b.7 The Beginner Racing Captains shall submit crews to the Club Vice Captain well in advance of the deadline.

3.6.b.8 The Beginner Racing Captains shall work with the Treasurer & Rowing Events Coordinator to ensure all fees are paid on time.

3.6.b.9 The Beginner Racing Captains have a responsibility to strive to be all inclusive and to provide equal opportunities to all squad members.

3.6.b.10 This role requires two candidates.

3.6.b.11 The Beginner Racing Captains will attend Rowing Sub-Committee meetings

3.6.c Beginner Recreational Captain

3.6.c.1 The Beginner Recreational Captain shall organise regular water outings for squad

3.6.c.2 The Beginner Recreational Captain shall ensure the training plan set by the coach(es) is followed.

3.6.c.3 The Beginner Recreational Captain shall lead the team talk at circuits.

3.6.c.4 The Beginner Recreational Captain shall help the coach(es) with crew selection

3.6.c.5 The Beginner Recreational Captain shall work with the Treasurer to ensure all fees are paid on time.

3.6.c.6 The Beginner Recreational Captain has a responsibility to strive to be all inclusive and to provide equal opportunities to all squad members.
