Role Requirements:

you must have been on committee previously to go for this position 

• Chairing meetings, setting agendas, identifying further action 
• Identifying tasks and setting targets/deadlines
• Motivating the committee and encouraging them to work as a team 
• Make sure tasks are carried out and regulations set by Celtics and the LUU are adhered to 
• Communicating with members and understanding their needs 
• Being the main contact with the LUU
• Choosing competitions 
• Choosing coaches 
• Overseeing all committee members and decisions 
• Must have previously been on committee

Skills/personality traits:

• Loves cheer + is dedicated to celtics 
• Strong and confident leader  
• Very organised with good time management 
• Good understanding of competitions 
• Understanding of strategic planning 
• Good at conflict resolution
• Excellent communicator
• Genuinely enjoys cheer and being at training 
• Wants to make positive changes to the society and has a vision about where the society will go next year
