You will take responsibility of tracking all finances throughout the year, making payments and organising funding for society activities.

• Applying for essential grants from LUU and/or funding from external sources
• Planning financial budgets for the semesters/the year and updating committee
• Attending weekly classes to check tickets, take payments and help out
• Deciding product prices (memberships, classes, merch etc.)
• Organising payments for all expenses e.g. choreographers, competition fees, coaches & accommodation
• Approving and keeping track of all society expenses on engage
• Chasing up delayed payments with the union
• Contacting and liaising with sponsors
