The ARSCOC AGM (Annual General Meeting) is a compulsory meeting held once a year by our club or society. It is essential in running our society, as it is where we aim to fill all your committee positions in our constitution with a democratic online election.
AGMs are also a chance to vote on any constitutional changes which the society would like to invoke, and allows discussion with thesociety members as to the running of our group.
