The roles of the treasurer are:
Create an initial budget based on the funding amount, allocating subsidy for each planned activity.
Maintain a live budget forecast to manage the accounts through the year.
Organise overdraft facilities with the Union (A combination of the Cash Office and Activities) and attend progress meetings.
Oversee refunds and payments from the accounts through the union page.
Request statements via the union website.
