The secretary is the second in command. They are in charge of maintaining the admin of the society. As a core member of committee, only active members of the University of Leeds can nominate themself for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of meetings
- Organise the Google Drive
- Keep membership records
- Editing the society constitution, social guidelines and risk assessments.
- Managing the email accounts.
