- To assemble the Robot Fighting League Event Planners
- The group must consist of at least 3 members:
The group should meet regularly
All plans must be approved by the Shocksoc Committee
All purchases must follow Article 6
- To secure necessities for the event e.g. venue, risk assessment, staff etc
- To organise advertising for RFL events alongside web designer
- To provide support and organisation for participants,
- To maintain inventory of parts for sale on the RFL website alongside the treasurer
- To work with the Welfare Officer to ensure that events are inclusive.
- To maintain the RFL section on the ShockSoc website
