Secretary

To maintain membership records online containing the name, email and student number of all ShockSoc members,
Maintain a written record of all meetings including minutes,
To maintain an up-to-date copy of the Society’s constitution,
To be in charge of the Society’s email account and forward emails to relevant committee members and Society members,
To liaise with events coordinator and social secretary to ensure risk assessments are written in advance of social events and that LUU are provided with a copy,
To help out other committee members with their roles when necessary.
