Joining JiuJitsu has been a transformative part of my university experience, providing me with invaluable skills and lifelong friendships. I am eager to give back to the club that has given me so much and help create an even more vibrant and engaging community for our current and future members.

The club’s social media was an important factor in my decision to join JiuJitsu, so I understand the impact it can have on attracting new members and fostering a sense of belonging. While I think the club’s current social media is great, I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of the frequency and clarity of communications and posts. I am enthusiastic about continuing to ensure our social media platforms are effectively showcasing the range of activities and events that the club offers, in order to promote Leeds Uni JiuJitsu and increase our society's online presence.

I strongly believe in my ability to fulfil the responsibilities of this new role: I have a vast range of experience with social media; am confident in my ability to collaborate effectively with the members of the club and those who will be part of next years committee; and I am able to dedicate significant time to this position in order to contribute to the club’s continued success and growth.
