Your job will be to make swimmers feel welcome and included, encourage well-being and to follow any necessary procedures linked to welfare and safeguarding.
Society members will be able to speak to you about concerns and you can guide them in the right way.
Your role will include:
- Be a point of contact for all members of the society and lead members in the right direction if they have any worries
- Keep up to date with welfare resources provided by Swim England
- Be a friendly face in the society
- Create welfare-based posts for the society social media
- Get feedback on the society from the members
